first offshore software development center and was established in 1998. Its main mission is
to support the mother company (the Contractor) serving clients throughout Europe and the world.
With more than 200 projects per year, ELCA offers a large scope of challenges
and individual development possibilities according to many domains of interest
such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Government and Transportation.
In addition to Software Engineering, our core business, ELCA is renowned for its
strong corporate culture featuring project management, technical expertise and highest
levels of quality with ISO 9001 and CMMI standards. The close cooperation with
the Contractor allows our offshore teams to deliver solutions respecting cost, schedule and quality constraints,
providing our Customers a high level of satisfaction.
Environment & Personal Development
We focus on personal development based on a mix of international management
and local coaching that allows people to take responsibility yet growing into their
role. Technical know-how is the key to successful software projects. Constant
access to the latest skills is a top priority of our on-going training. Our activities often require
traveling to Switzerland, during which Vietnamese project leaders and engineers
take a lot of responsibilities.
The recruitment of young motivated graduates from the best universities is the
foundation of our success. Internship enables us to keep a tight relationship with
the Academy. The permanent contact with students creates an atmosphere in which
employees and newcomers quickly feel at home.
A flexible working scheme based on annual working hours enables employees to
balance their work and leisure time which includes eighteen days personal annual
leave per year and a full week for TET. It is completed by a highly attractive remuneration
that favors engagement and competence.
